Who We Are

Greenville Assisted Living Advisors is a locally owned, family-run, and veteran-owned business based right here in Greenville, South Carolina.

Founded by Ryan G. McCourry, the company is built on a foundation of service, integrity, and a commitment to doing what is right for every family. After serving in the United States Air Force, Ryan and his wife Caroline made the decision together to call Greenville home and build their life in the Upstate.

Caroline, a registered nurse, brings valuable healthcare insight and real-world experience in patient care. While Ryan works directly with families, her perspective helps shape a deeper understanding of the medical, personal, and emotional needs that come with aging and long-term care.

Families are often faced with the challenge of researching options, understanding care needs, and making important decisions during an already stressful time. Greenville Assisted Living Advisors exists to step in, ease that burden, and provide clear, trusted guidance every step of the way.

The goal is simple, to help families find the right care solution—whether that means transitioning to a senior living community or arranging care at home—through honest, personalized support.

All services are provided at no cost to families.

How We Help Families

We provide personalized guidance to help families navigate all senior care options, including assisted living, memory care, independent living, and in-home care for those who wish to age in place.

Our process begins with a one-on-one consultation to understand care needs, preferences, budget, and timeline. From there, we offer thoughtful recommendations, whether that means finding the right senior living community or connecting you with trusted home care providers in the Greenville area.

We help families compare options, understand costs, and evaluate both medical and lifestyle needs. We also coordinate and support community tours, including in-person guided visits so you can feel confident in your decision.

Throughout the process, we provide step-by-step guidance—from the initial search all the way through placement or setting up care at home—ensuring you have the clarity and support needed to make the best decision for your loved one.

What Makes Us Different

Greenville Assisted Living Advisors is a locally owned, family-run, and veteran-owned business proudly based right here in Greenville, South Carolina. Unlike large national franchises or corporate-backed organizations, we are truly independent and focused solely on serving families in our local community.

Many senior care referral services operate as part of nationwide networks or franchise systems. Our approach is intentionally different.

Because we are locally owned and operated, we are able to provide personalized, one-on-one guidance across all care options—including assisted living communities and in-home care providers. We focus on what is best for your family’s unique situation, whether that means transitioning to a community or safely aging in place at home.

As a Greenville-based business, we have a deep understanding of the local care landscape, including community culture, provider quality, and real-world experiences that you won’t find online.

Our priority is simple: to serve families with honesty, transparency, and genuine care—providing thoughtful, individualized support every step of the way.

How Is This Service Provided at No Cost?

We believe in being fully transparent about how our service works.

Our guidance and support are provided at no cost to families because we are compensated by senior living communities and home care providers after a successful placement or connection. If you choose to move forward with one of the options we recommend, that provider pays us a referral fee.

This does not increase your cost in any way. Pricing is the same whether you work with us or go directly to a community or home care provider on your own.

What many families don’t realize is how complex and time-consuming this process can be. Researching options, understanding care levels, coordinating tours, evaluating quality, and navigating costs can quickly become overwhelming—especially during an already stressful time. Without guidance, it’s easy to feel unsure about decisions or miss important details that can significantly impact your loved one’s care.

That’s where Greenville Assisted Living Advisors comes in. As local experts in the Greenville area, the focus is on simplifying the process, providing clarity, and guiding families toward the best possible solution—whether that means transitioning to a senior living community or arranging care at home.

The goal is to remove uncertainty, ease the burden, and provide trusted support every step of the way so families can focus on what matters most—their loved one.

Professional. Fully Insured. Trusted.

At Greenville Assisted Living Advisors, we are committed to operating with the highest level of professionalism, transparency, and accountability. As part of that commitment, we are proud to be a fully insured business, providing an added layer of protection and peace of mind for the families and partners we serve.

We maintain both General Liability Insurance and Errors and Omissions Insurance. General Liability Insurance helps protect against certain third party incidents that may occur during normal business interactions, while Errors and Omissions Insurance provides coverage related to the professional guidance and advisory services we deliver. Together, these policies reflect our dedication to operating responsibly and standing behind the work we do.

We understand that choosing an assisted living community is one of the most important and often emotional decisions a family can make. It requires trust, clarity, and confidence in the person guiding you through the process. Our goal is to be that trusted advisor. Being fully insured is one of the many ways we demonstrate our commitment to providing a safe, professional, and dependable experience from start to finish.

When you work with Greenville Assisted Living Advisors, you can feel confident knowing you are partnering with a business that takes both your trust and our responsibility seriously.
